With over a decade of real estate experience in the Greater Seattle Area under her belt, Carlene joined Compass Real Estate, one of the nation’s fastest growing and leading brokerages, and recently opened her own office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. She has now taken the next step in her career by heading her own team of real estate professionals under Pride Group NW and continues to take the industry by storm, providing her clients with the very best service with expertise and excellence!

Born in the Philippines and raised in California, Carlene truly is a global citizen. She received her B.A. in Communications + Mass Media from Middle Tennessee State University and began her real estate career shortly after in Nashville, TN. She made her way to Seattle 11 years ago and now lives happily with her husband Yaw (Dr. Sarpong - MDeMBA) and their 2 dogs Katara and Lucy in Central Seattle. Carlene’s hobbies include being a die-hard fashionista and beauty-enthusiast as well as being dedicated to fitness and health. She loves spending time with family and friends and appreciates travel when she has the time!
